Once your digital purchase is verified and any included choices are made, your files are ready to download - no shipping or manual processing.
01First time here?
Have your Etsy Order # and Transaction # ready. We’ll use them to find and verify your purchase.Once your purchase is confirmed, set up your library with your email and a password. Your purchase will be added to your library, along with any files or options included with it.
Tips: Where to find your order details
On Etsy, go to Purchases and reviews from your profile menu, then open Order details for your Olivia & Opal Studio purchase.Order # is near the top of the order details. Transaction # is beneath the item details.Have both ready when you add your purchase to your library.
02Already have a studio library?
Sign in with your email and password and your saved purchases will be waiting for you.
Bought something new?
You don’t need another library. Add the new purchase using its Order # and Transaction #, and it’ll stay together with everything you already have.
03Choosing your options
Some products come with a choice before you download - a colour, for example. If there’s something for you to choose, we’ll show you the available options along the way.Any digital files included with your purchase will be available from your library once they’re ready for you.
04Coming back later
Your purchases stay together in your library, so you can come back whenever you need them.For digital products, your saved files will be there when you want to download them again. Physical and mixed purchases can live in the same library alongside them.
05Something doesn’t look right?
Double-check that the Order # and Transaction # match the purchase you’re trying to add.If your purchase still can’t be found, or the items shown don’t match your Etsy order, contact us and we’ll help you take a look.
