Can I add another purchase to my library?
Yes. Sign in to your existing library and add the new purchase using its Etsy Order # and Transaction #. You don’t need to create another library.
Can I come back to my purchases later?
Yes. Your purchases stay together in your library, so you can sign in again whenever you need them.For digital products, that also means you can return to your saved files and download them again.
Where can I find my Etsy Order # and Transaction #?
On Etsy, go to Purchases and reviews, then open Order details for your Olivia & Opal Studio purchase.Order # is near the top, and Transaction # is beneath the item details.
What if something is wrong with my Etsy order?
Open the purchase on Etsy and choose Help with order so we can look at that specific order with you.
I bought the wrong edition or version. What should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of purchase and we can help exchange it for another version of the same product.Your existing colour choice will carry over to the replacement version.
How do I contact the studio about an Etsy order?
If your question is about a specific purchase, it’s best to contact us through that order on Etsy. This keeps your message and order details together so we can see what you’re asking about.
On Etsy
1. Go to Purchases and reviews from your profile menu. 2. Find your Olivia & Opal Studio order. 3. Choose Help with order. 4. Send us your message from there.
When can I download my digital files?
There’s no delivery wait. Once your purchase is verified and any included choices are made, your files are ready to download.
Will anything be shipped with a digital purchase?
No. Products marked as digital are delivered as files. No physical item will be shipped.
Can I print my digital purchase?
Yes. You can print your digital purchase for your own use, including products designed specifically for printing.Printed copies are still covered by the product’s single-user licence. They can’t be reproduced for resale, redistribution or use by other people unless the product specifically says otherwise.
Can I use my purchase for work or school?
Yes. Your purchase includes a single-user licence for your own personal, study and work use.
Can I use my purchase on more than one of my own devices?
Yes. You can use your purchase across your own compatible devices.The licence is based on the person using the product, not the number of devices you personally own. It remains a single-user licence and can’t be shared with another person.
Can I share my files with someone else?
No. Each person using the product needs their own licence.Please don’t share, give away, resell, redistribute or sublicense the files.
Can I modify the files for myself?
Yes. You can make modifications for your own use.The same licence restrictions still apply to modified versions, so they can’t be shared, resold or distributed.
Can I use the designs to make something I sell?
No. Purchasing a product doesn’t transfer ownership of its design or grant resale or distribution rights.
Does the licence apply to included bonuses too?
Yes. The same licence and restrictions apply to included bonus products, including the matching Unfold - 2026 bonus.
